Holiday
Each employee is entitled to up to 25 days holiday per year depending on their grade, in addition to the normal public holidays. However, for some people this amount is either too much or not enough. For this reason, all our employees have the flexibility to trade salary and holiday. Employees can choose between 20 days and 30 days holiday per year.
Pension
On joining Xceed, each employee has the option to join the company's group personal Stakeholder pension scheme.
